1.⁠ ⁠Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

2.⁠ ⁠Booking Cancellations
Same-Day Cancellations: Bookings cancelled on the day of the scheduled trip are non-refundable. However, a voucher may be issued for use on a future booking.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 50% refund.

3.⁠ ⁠Payment Policy for Pickups Outside Potchefstroom

For any pickups scheduled outside of Potchefstroom, full payment must be made before the vehicle departs for the pickup location. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.

4.⁠ ⁠Late Arrivals

If the client arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time, the booking will be considered cancelled with no refund provided.

5.⁠ ⁠Health and Safety Protocols

In line with health and safety standards, passengers displaying symptoms of contagious illnesses may be denied boarding to ensure the well-being of all clients and staff.

6.⁠ ⁠Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage not exceeding 32kg and one small carry-on item. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges or be refused based on space availability.

7.⁠ ⁠Passenger Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and comply with driver instructions. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the vehicle without a refund.

8.⁠ ⁠Liability

While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients are advised to plan accordingly.

9.⁠ ⁠Booking Modifications

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

10.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

Client information is collected solely for booking and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
